Our custom-made axial fans are generally used for relatively high flow rate and low-pressure working conditions. All axial fans are designed to meet our customers’ need, as well as special requirements such as for use in explosion proof environment.

Fan Blade
Fan blade is suited to customers’ need based on various variables such as, but not limited to, fan size, pressure, and air flow requirement.
Fan Blade Materials
| PPG | Glass reinforced polypropylene. Temperature: -10°C to +90°C |
| PAG | Glass reinforced polyamide. Temperature: -40°C to +120°C |
| PAGAS | Antistatic glass reinforced polyamide for explosion proof. Temperature: -40°C to +110°C |
| PAFST | Vibration stabilized glass reinforced polyamide. Temperature: -40°C to +110°C |
| AL | Aluminium. Temperature: -60°C to +245°C. Standard alloy for the fan blades is EN AC-AI Si12 Cu1 (Fe). |
Rotation and Discharge
We offer 2 types of drive arrangement for our fans, i.e., direct drive, and belt drive. Each drive arrangement offers unique characteristics that can be suited to our customers’ needs, requirements, as well as constraints.
